Buckminster Estate comprises of two spectacular wedding venues. The first being, Buckminster Barn (situated over two floors), which is a charming and rustic barn conversion, situated in the quintessentially British Buckminster village, perfect for couples desiring an idyllic, traditional and country style wedding venue. This space can seat up to 60 daytime guests for a wedding breakfast. Wedding parties with a larger number of daytime guests and who wish to bring the outside in have the option of hiring a marquee or tipi. The second of our wedding venues, Buckminster Park & Lakeside is an exclusive wedding site that presents an exquisite and romantic setting. The site offers large open areas of grassland, along with intimate woodland retreats. We work with some amazingly talented tipi & marquee companies in the area, who can look after erecting a stunning wedding marquee at the Lakeside, along with some extremely creative wedding suppliers, who can create the most perfect & magical day. Set just three and a half miles off the A1, Buckminster is within easy reach of the market towns of Stamford, Melton Mowbray & Grantham. Nottingham, Leicester and Loughborough are conveniently situated within a 20-mile radius of the village. Buckminster is recognised for its unspoilt landscape and beautiful setting.
