About Little Quarme Cottages

A countryside wedding venue in Somerset, in the heart of Exmoor National Park. You and your party will have exclusive use of our privately owned wedding venue for the weekend. We have a license for indoor and outdoor ceremonies, weather permitting.

Outdoor ceremonies are held in our pretty wooden pergola overlooking the Quarme Valley with seating for 80-100 guests; indoor ceremonies are held in the Copper Beech room. There is a lawn where you can erect a marquee for your wedding reception with space for up to 150 guests seated or 220 standing. Our grounds include an ornamental pond, informal gardens, a BBQ and parking for up to 65 cars.

Included in the price of your wedding is self catering accommodation for up to 22 of your guests in our 6 comfortable country cottages. You can sell on the cost of the cottages to your guests and we are happy to do the invoicing! This reduces the cost of your wedding substantially.

We are also able to offer our facilities at Little Quarme for ceremonies only or indeed for the reception only. We are very flexible and would welcome the opportunity to meet for an informal chat and a tour of the facilities, grounds, gardens and cottages.
