About CAST Bespoke Wedding Rings

Whether you want to visit their Sheffield studio or create your wedding rings at home, you'll have full design support from their friendly team. How does it work?
The process begins when you design your chosen piece out of wax. After this, your designs are cast into the metal of your choice through lost wax casting, an ancient jewellery making process that dates back over 6000 years. The wax is then placed into a canister and put into a kiln. The heat causes the wax to burn away, leaving a mould for molten metal to be poured into. The process captures every small detail, which is picked up in metal when cast.
The Studio Experience
If you're wanting to make a day of it, you can visit their beautiful Sheffield Studio in the heart of Kelham Island. Within the studio, you'll have your own designated private space, where their expert team will guide you through the process. Not only will you bring your dream wedding rings to life, you'll be able to share a fun day where you and your partner spend some quality time together.
The At Home Kit
For couples living elsewhere in the UK, or couples who live a very busy lifestyle, the DIY home kit is the perfect solution. With this option, you can make the rings in your own time and go at your own pace. Along with your kit, you'll receive plenty of wax plus some helpful inspiration, design support and tutorials. Lastly, when you buy your kit, you’ll have the option to book a one-to-one video masterclass with their expert team.
Partnered Venues
If you'd rather create your rings in person with the CAST team but you don't live near Sheffield, there's a third option which may be really suited to you. CAST have partnered with a selection of luxury lifestyle venues across the UK, so get in touch to find out if there's any near you. They're also very happy to come to a venue or event of your choosing; all you need to do is send an enquiry and get them booked in!
