Is Taylor Swift Engaged?
Sources have told Life and Style Magazine that the 32-year-old All Too Well singer is now engaged to English actor Joe Alwyn, 30. Multiple sources have told the magazine that the question was popped on a recent romantic break.
The pair enjoyed a 3-day break in popular wedding destination, Cornwall, in January 2022 and whispers of their engagement started to spread! Now, many news outlets are reporting that these rumours are true after multiple sources confirm.
Taylor and Joe's Relationship Has Kept Fans Guessing
Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn have kept their relationship very discrete since they got together in 2016. Fans have been speculating about their engagement for years after Taylor released hits in her 2019 album, Lover, that referred to love and marriage such as title song, Lover, It’s Nice To Have A Friend and Paper Rings.

In 2018, Alwyn, who has starred in the Academy Award winning film, The Favourite (2018), alongside Olivia Coleman, told British Vogue about how the couple prefer to keep their relationship private: "I’m aware people want to know about that side of things. I think we have been successfully very private, and that has now sunk in for people … but I really prefer to talk about work".
However, break-up rumours were also sparked when Taylor released lockdown albums Folklore and Evermore in 2020, but these were swiftly cleared up when fans realised Alwyn had been helping Swift write some of her songs from the albums under the alias William Bowery.
